This website operates under the trade name MYSTIKUS and its purpose is the online sale of esoteric products.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products, in the store, as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING CONDITIONS
The shipping conditions for our services in Peninsular Spain, Portugal, and the rest of Europe include the following:
1) Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer at the time of placing the order or at a collection point depending on the type of shipment selected. We only ship to Europe.
2) The delivery time will be between 1 and 3 business days from the confirmation of the order. 3 to 5 business days for the rest of Europe. In case of delays, the customer will be informed immediately.
3) The shipping cost will be calculated during the order. For purchases over €35, shipping will be free for Peninsular Spain and Portugal. For other European countries, shipping will be free for purchases over €65.
4) The customer is responsible for reviewing the package at the time of delivery and notifying any problem or damage to the carrier and to us within a maximum period of 24 hours.
5) In the event of the customer’s absence at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that they can pick up the package at the nearest carrier’s office. If the package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender and the order will be canceled.
6) The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. In case of errors in the address provided, we reserve the right to invoice the additional shipping costs.
7) If the customer is not satisfied with the product received, they have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you via email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be from dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
